Product Manager - Digital Healthcare Solutions

Job Overview Product Manager (PM) - Digital Healthcare Solutions, is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for hardware and software products that support healthcare delivery. The role focuses on optimizing clinical and operational workflows, enabling staff efficiency, and improving patient outcomes to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities and Essential Duties Be the Technical Spokesperson for DHS for all technical related inquiries Create & Review all technical documentation that is required by the product development life cycle. This includes but not limited to Business Requirements Documents, Technical Specifications, Use Cases, User Stories, and workflow diagrams. Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful product launches. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with overall business strategy. Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital healthcare space. Act as a product expert, providing training and support to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, including product demos and presentations. Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business). Proven experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital health solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and patient care processes. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and/or product data management (PDM) is a plus. Experience in hardware product management is a plus. Experience in software product management is a plus. Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus. Experience with APIs is a plus.
