Product Manager (Consultant/Senior Consultant) – Finance ERP & Digital Transformation We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Consultor/Senior Consultant) specialising in Finance ERP platforms and digital transformation. In this role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of finance-related technology initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders for various clientle projects Key Responsibilities Project & Product Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on business needs and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product roadmaps. Ensure alignment of product strategies with overall company goals and objectives. Product Development: Work closely with development teams to design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. Conduct thorough product reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the product development lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, developers, designers, and other team members. Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, timelines, and changes. Manage expectations and provide regular updates to ensure successful project outcomes. Clientle Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of finance-related technology initiatives for various clientle projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, while maintaining high-quality standards. Optimisation & Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to share best practices and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the finance industry. Strong understanding of finance ERP platforms and digital transformation concepts. Excellent communication, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.
