To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team and take responsibility for a key functional area of our platform. The playing field is vast and the challenges are numerous: internationalization, artificial intelligence, agents, workflow automation, interconnectivity, functional redesign, and continuous improvement of user experience.

Your main responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP Product, you will be responsible for a functional area of our platform and its long-term evolution.

Product Strategy:

• Define and champion the vision for your product domain.

• Deeply understand the needs of clients, users, and internal teams.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and technological evolutions to identify the best development opportunities.

• Participate in identifying and evaluating new use cases related to AI, automation, and agents.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Build and manage the roadmap for your area of responsibility.

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities based on their user and business impact.

• Oversee the complete feature lifecycle, from discovery to launch with Product Marketing.

• Measure results and adjust directions based on field feedback and data.

Product Development:

• Lead the design and development of new features with the Product Design and Engineering teams.

• Ensure a simple, intuitive, and high-performing user experience.

• Validate proposed solutions through user testing, data analysis, and experimentation.

• Ensure the delivery of pragmatic, robust, and value-creating solutions.

Collaborative work is at the heart of the role:

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand client challenges.

• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

• Foster alignment around product priorities.

• Participate in the promotion of the product internally and externally.

• Contribute to spreading the Product culture within the company.

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

• You can grasp complex business issues and transform them into simple and effective solutions.

• You master agile methodologies and Product best practices.

• You are capable of managing a project autonomously and bringing teams together around your projects.

• You know how to make decisions, prioritize, and make pragmatic, impact-oriented choices.

• You have led large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• You are curious, rigorous, and seek to understand subjects in depth before making decisions.

• You have a strong analytical mind while maintaining a strong user orientation.

• A strong sensibility to AI is expected

  • You are actively interested in the evolution of artificial intelligence and its concrete applications in SaaS products.

  • You regularly use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI assistants in your professional daily life.

  • You know how to identify opportunities where AI, LLMs, OCR, or agents can bring tangible value to users.

  • You know how to distinguish fads from truly value-creating uses.

• You are bilingual French / English.
