Product Manager - Compliance

We are partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm managing over $90B in assets, to hire a Technical Product Manager supporting their Legal & Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and global financial markets , building mission-critical systems used across trading and operations. Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad/Bangalore What you’ll be doing: Own and drive product roadmap for compliance-related systems Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize development efforts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s compliance landscape, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes and reduce risk. Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure successful delivery of products, providing input on technical feasibility, resource allocation, and project timelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that impact compliance, making recommendations for product development and strategic planning. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management role, preferably in the financial services or technology industries. Strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
