You should be able to demonstrate expertise in building APIs, infrastructure/tools development, Fintech product management systems and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile Framework is required. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is necessary. Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on that analysis is a must. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an internet or financial services company is highly valued.
