Product Manager COA Library & Assets Barcelona, Spain - Home-based The Product Manager - COA Library & Assets is responsible for the governance, delivery, and lifecycle management of client-specific Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) libraries within IQVIA's COA Accelerator (COAA) ecosystem. This role owns the definition, composition, and maintenance of curated COA libraries for clients, ensuring that all instruments, versions, translations, and usage rights are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. The Product Manager - COA Library & Assets will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive library of COAs, including but not limited to: clinical outcome assessments, patient-reported outcomes, performance metrics, and other relevant data points. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and project management abilities. The Product Manager - COA Library & Assets will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: • Defining and maintaining a comprehensive library of COAs, including clinical outcome assessments, patient-reported outcomes, performance metrics, and other relevant data points. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a curated COA library that meets client needs and expectations. • Ensuring all instruments, versions, translations, and usage rights are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. • Providing expert-level guidance on COA libraries and assets to internal teams and external partners. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to COAs and clinical outcome assessments. • Participating in the development of IQVIA's COAA ecosystem, including contributing to the creation of new tools, processes, and standards for COA library management. • Collaborating with other Product Managers within the COAA ecosystem to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned. • Providing input on business cases and resource allocation for COA library development and maintenance projects. • Ensuring compliance with IQVIA's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to COAs and clinical outcome assessments. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business administration). • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and project management abilities. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain complex products or services. • Familiarity with clinical outcome assessments, patient-reported outcomes, performance metrics, and other relevant data points. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
