Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for one or two complex enterprise products in a regulated banking environment
• Collaboration with stakeholders from business, engineering, and compliance to translate requirements into clear product decisions
• Structuring backlogs, decisive prioritization, and management of cross-team dependencies
• Working outside of classic Scrum – strategic product management, not a PO role at the sprint level
• Acting as a bridge between the technical and business sides

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst
• Proven responsibility for at least 2 products over their entire lifecycle
• Structured thinking: breaking down requirements, setting priorities, clear communication at all levels
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Fluent German and English skills

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated environments (BaFin, EBA, DORA)
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence / the Atlassian toolstack
• Certifications (PSPO, CPPM, or equivalent)
