Your responsibilities

• Conducting market analysis and market intelligence, covering trends in off-highway vehicle segments and marine electrification, product competitor analysis, and identification of potential portfolio gaps relative to competition and new market opportunities.
• Defining and implementing the product strategy for Mobile ePower Inverters, covering target market segments, go-to-market plan, key customers, pricing strategies, and profitability.
• Responsibility for technical and market specifications of the offering and developing a business plan for the offering supporting sustainability. This includes analyzing customer needs and customer value, planning the product roadmap to maximize value, and monitoring portfolio performance.
• Managing the offering lifecycle process, analyzing current products, defining and tracking performance indicators, and making decisions regarding product discontinuation and end-of-life to ensure current and future market requirements are met and profitability is maximized.
• Prioritizing new product development projects and taking responsibility for achieving set goals (product features, schedule, costs, capital expenditure, return on investment), as well as coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams.
• Setting targets, monitoring offering costs, and providing guidance to operational departments (e.g., supply chain management, engineering, production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
• Defining product value propositions for customers in specific segments and sales channels, and ensuring clear communication to sales channels and users, so as to properly position the offering within the portfolio with a defined value for each product line.

Our requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management for industrial or automotive applications.
• Technical knowledge of electric drive systems for off-highway vehicles and the marine electrification sector.
• Ability to understand business aspects and key business metrics.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent command of English in a business environment (spoken and written) is required.

In this role, you will manage the Mobile ePower offering throughout its product lifecycle, in line with market needs and the business line strategy and objectives. You will also leverage your knowledge and experience to support business performance by overseeing every stage of the offering lifecycle, including product development, launch, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and profitability.

This position supports the BL Mobile ePower operations within the Motion Traction division.
