Product Manager Banking & Financial Services (m/w/d)

We are Framewoorks – a specialized recruiting boutique for IT and tech companies in the DACH region. For one of our clients, a growth-oriented Hamburg-based tech company in the field of digital identity and trust services, we are currently looking for an experienced product manager personality. The company is one of the leading providers of AI- and biometric-based identity solutions in Europe – with over 17 million users, a certified eIDAS product, and well-known enterprise customers in Germany.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end Ownership for the Vertical Banking & Financial Services
• Eigenständige Kundengespräche with banks and partners, analysis of processes, requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Development of a deep market- and customer-understanding as a basis for product decisions
• Creation of a data-driven, bank-specific feature roadmap with prioritization based on business impact
• Leadership and coordination of engineering, design, and sales until launch
• Bauing own prototypes and concepts – also with the help of AI tools
• Representation at industry events

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung as Product Manager in a startup or scaleup
• Nachweisliche Berührungspunkte with the banking- or financial-services-field
• Understanding of relevant regulations (eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet)
• Tiefes Verständnis von API products and technical integration scenarios
• Sicherer Umgang mit AI tools (z.B. Claude Code, Cursor o.ä.)
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und strategisches Denkvermögen
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
