Product Manager (B2B AI Execution / Workflow Orchestration)

We develop a multimodal AI-execution system that automatically executes real workflows across existing enterprise systems.

Our first step is the field: after customer meetings, Field Sales Reps document per voice or messenger. Nogui interprets intent, plans the next steps and executes CRM-, ERP- and communication processes deterministically.

The field is our wedge.

We are building a scalable workflow orchestration platform for AI-driven system execution.

We are looking for a Product Manager who forms a focused, integrated product from real user behavior and does not just manage features.

Tasks

• Conduct structured User Research with real users
• Analyze real usage and derive clear problem definitions
• Prioritize between Use-Case optimization and platform architecture
• Responsibility for Roadmap and Epics in close coordination with Engineering
• Translation of unclear requirements into clear User Stories
• Evaluation and classification of integration requirements (CRM, ERP etc.)
• Preliminary preparation of decision-making grounds for founders

No Sales. No Deal Management. Focus on Product.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in Product Management of B2B software
• Experience with integration-intensive or system-related products
• Able to translate complex problems into clear priorities
• Tech-savvy understanding (APIs, backend logic, architecture)
• Decision-making comfort and familiarity with early product phases

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with KI-near or agent-based systems
• Startup or growth phase experience
