We're looking for a:
**Product Manager Assistant - fixed-term contract**
who will support the Product Manager in managing, developing, and implementing product marketing activities aimed at maximizing global success of assigned product lines. All activities must be conducted in accordance with designated marketing processes and Group guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Contributes to identifying the most effective positioning strategies for the product portfolio.
+ Collaborates on strategic and creative development of key product messages.
+ Actively participates in managing the existing product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization to reduce inventory and excess (E&O).
+ Conducts in-depth market analysis to support strategic decisions.
+ Monitors global sector trends and competitor activities constantly.
+ Collaborates on implementing market research plans and collecting useful data.
+ Realizes product benchmarking to evaluate positioning relative to the competition.
+ Analyzes sales performance, contributing to identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
+ Participates in writing the business plan and defining marketing and communication strategies for new launches.
+ Is involved in product development projects, working closely with Research & Development, Operations, Clinical Affairs, QA/RA, and commercial teams.
+ Supports managing market research and VOC (Voice of Customer) globally, including collaboration with external partners, to generate insights on customers and the market.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, scientific disciplines, or business/economic fields.
+ Previous experience in marketing or product management is welcome.
+ A plus would be provenance from regulated sectors such as dentistry, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
+ Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Fluency in spoken and written English.
