Product Manager, Asset Investment Planning- Copperleaf

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by shaping early-stage ideas into validated product opportunities. In this role, you’ll lead customer discovery, experimentation, and the delivery of initial solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore new product directions, validate hypotheses, and build momentum behind promising concepts.

You’ll also play a key role in evolving our product management practices—owning and refining specific processes to ensure they scale effectively as our organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Discovery & Validation
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet customer needs and opportunities for differentiation
  • Rapidly test, learn, and iterate on product hypotheses
• Early-Stage Product Development
  • Define MVP scope, success metrics, and learning goals
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver pilots and prototypes
• Strategic Framing
  • Translate insights into compelling product narratives and business cases
  • Align early-stage initiatives with broader product strategy and portfolio goals
• Internal Evangelism
  • Build excitement and alignment around new ideas across teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Ensure early-stage initiatives are well-integrated into the broader roadmap
• Process Development & Ownership
  • Help define and improve product management practices, tools, and workflows
  • Take ownership of specific process areas (e.g., discovery frameworks, investment proposal templates, or portfolio governance inputs)
