Product Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of an integrated management system aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and digital capabilities. The Product Manager will work closely with internal Product Owners, stakeholders, and external development teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features. The role requires strong stakeholder management, product development, and project management capabilities, particularly in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities * Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. * Conduct market research, gather and analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. * Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. * Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are aligned with the product roadmap and business priorities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product launches and iterations. * Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven improvements. * Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies. * Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels. * Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and security standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration). * 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the software or technology industry. * Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. * Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. * Experience with market research and user feedback analysis. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
