The Role

As a Product Manager* – Artificial Intelligence at Capco, you will shape the development and successful marketing of innovative AI products, solutions, and accelerators.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. You will connect various stakeholders, strategically develop our AI product portfolio, and translate technological possibilities into measurable added value for our customers.

You will accompany AI products from the initial idea through development to successful market launch. In doing so, you will rely on AI-supported working methods, intelligent automation, and the responsible use of AI technologies to improve product decisions, make development processes more efficient, and make innovations usable faster.

Your Responsibilities

• AI Product Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for the further development of a portfolio of AI solutions, demonstrators, and accelerators and identify potentials for scaling and commercial use.
• Stakeholder Management: You will coordinate Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams across various business units and international locations, ensuring common priorities.
• Product Development & AI-Enabled Delivery: You will translate business requirements and market potentials into product strategies, prioritized backlogs, and roadmaps. You will use suitable AI tools and automated workflows to support analysis, product development, and decision-making processes.
• Go-to-Market & Commercialisation: You will develop compelling value propositions, support product positioning and sales enablement activities, and work closely with business and account teams to successfully establish AI solutions in the market.
• AI Innovation & Strategic Alignment: You will identify new AI application areas, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies and global initiatives. You will consider Responsible AI principles, governance guidelines, and human quality controls.

Your Profile

• You have experience in product management, technology consulting, or innovation management and can translate complex topics into structured product strategies.
• You have a good understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI, as well as their business applications.
• You understand economic interrelationships and can translate technological capabilities into compelling value propositions, business cases, and concrete product requirements.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and can coordinate interdisciplinary teams and connect different interests.
• You work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented. You are open to using approved AI tools, critically question AI-generated results, and consider data privacy, governance, and human decision-making responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry or in a consulting firm.
• Experience with the development, scaling, or marketing of digital products and AI-based solutions.
• Knowledge in building AI product portfolios, accelerators, or reusable technology components.
• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or the integration of AI solutions into existing company processes.
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams as well as agile product development processes.
