As Product Manager Animal Feed, you will be responsible for the Libra product, a leading software package specifically targeted at international animal feed producers.

You will join a tight-knit group of 15 professionals and take on a versatile role:

• Product Management & Strategy: As product manager, you will ensure that the Libra software package remains innovative, powerful, and relevant. You will follow market trends, identify customer needs, and translate these into concrete product optimizations and new features. You have the ambition to grow into the Libra expert within the team.
• Sales & Customer Orientation: You will support the sales team in pre-sales trajectories, particularly in complex and strategically important projects.
• Leadership & Coaching: You have the ambition to grow into team lead for the business analysts. You will set priorities, distribute projects, and coach team members to stimulate their personal and professional growth.

Profile

• You hold a master's degree or are equivalent by experience.
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the agro-industry (feed) with a deep knowledge in one of the following domains: formulation/nutrition, quality control, or labeling.
• A background in R&D, quality control, or a technical-commercial function is a plus.
• You are analytically strong and have a strong affinity with IT.
• You are commercially oriented and communicatively strong.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English, and you can express yourself well in French.
