As Product Manager AI App & Sitebuilder, you will shape the future for one of IONOS's most strategically important growth areas. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, UX Research, and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Product Management to develop innovative, AI-first product experiences for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the roadmap, prioritization, and continuous development of our products throughout their entire product lifecycle.
• Conducting user interviews, data analysis, and ongoing observation of the competitive landscape to identify new feature opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Close collaboration with Engineering—from defining requirements to writing user stories to launch.
• Direct interface with Customer Care to translate customer feedback and support pain points into concrete product decisions.
• Seamless integration of the AI App & Sitebuilder into the IONOS ecosystem (Momentum Suite), including optimization of product interplay and the end-to-end customer journey.
• Definition and tracking of product KPIs (activation, churn, usage, conversion) as well as responsibility for NPS and general customer satisfaction.
• Close coordination with Commercial Product Management, Marketing, and Sales for multi-brand rollouts—as well as active anchoring of AI methods in daily product business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management for digital SaaS, web, or app products—a substantial portion of which was in AI-driven product development.
• Hands-on AI competence: You work directly with LLMs and agent workflows and understand token economy as a central product parameter, not just a buzzword.
• Experience with AI Builders: You use Vibe coding tools yourself and possess a deep, practical understanding of where these tools excel, where they reach their limits, and what that means for our roadmap.
• Modern Product Mindset: You know that AI products are specified, tested, and measured differently than classic software, and you have clear ideas about which guardrails belong in the delivery process.
• Analytical Sharpness: Confident use of commercial and product KPIs; you make evidence-based decisions instead of relying on your gut feeling.
• Delivery & Hands-on Mentality: Experience in collaborating with Engineering in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban, Jira) as well as the ability to combine strategic visions with pragmatic implementation.
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) for successful collaboration in our international environment.
