Recruiting for a scheduled commercial Bank Job Title: Product Manager – AEPS & Aadhaar Services Function: Digital Banking Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience Required : 4-9 years Education : B. Tech / BE / MBA / MCA Role Overview: The Product Manager – AEPS & Aadhaar Services will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Aadhaar-enabled payment and identity services, including AEPS, Aadhaar authentication, eKYC, and related digital banking products. The role focuses on product strategy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive product roadmap for AEPS & Aadhaar Services, aligned with the bank's overall digital banking strategy. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to design, develop, and launch new products and services. • Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards for AEPS & Aadhaar Services. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and drive business growth. • Developing and managing budgets and resources for AEPS & Aadhaar Services projects. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new products and services. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on digital banking initiatives. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field (B. Tech / BE / MBA / MCA). • 4-9 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or technology industry. • Strong understanding of digital banking products and services, including AEPS, Aadhaar authentication, eKYC, and related technologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
