The Team

You will become part of the Product Team and support our Product Managers in further developing trawa's products and creating real added value for our customers. You will work at the interface between product development and customer success and help our customers to better evaluate their energy consumption and optimize their electricity procurement.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Intern, you will play a central role in making our energy portal more accessible, understandable, and powerful – and you will gain practical insights into what it means to build a product in a fast-growing startup.

• Shape new product areas. You will support the conceptual development of new features and product areas and help translate customer needs and business requirements into concrete product thinking.

• Build our Customer Knowledge Base. You will take responsibility for building a central, customer-friendly knowledge base for our portal – you will consolidate existing content, define structure and standards, and write articles that help customers understand tariffs, invoices, and onboarding. You will work closely with the Product Team and across teams to bring them to life.

• Support the Product Team in everyday tasks. You will assist with QA, user research, feedback analysis, and documentation – and you will get involved in day-to-day product building.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a student, in an advanced Bachelor's program, taking a gap year, pursuing a Master's degree, or a graduate in Economics, Energy, Communication, or a similar field of study with good academic performance.

• You have a Product Mindset — you think from the user's perspective, delve deep into complex topics, and turn problems into clear, structured solutions.

• You communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively — in speech and writing, in German and English.

• You have a strong track record — analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a high degree of independence characterize you.

• You are highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take on real responsibility.

• You are looking for an internship for 3-6 months.

Your First 90 Days

After six weeks: Onboarding

• You understand trawa's business model, our products, customers, and key energy industry relationships.

• You gather topics and content relevant for a knowledge base for our customers and structure them.

In the third month: Ramp-up

• Together with the team, you will choose the right technology for the knowledge base and populate it with initial content.

• You will launch a first version and publish it with the Customer Success Team for our customers.

• You will define success criteria and build corresponding tracking into the knowledge base.
