Product Management Intern (Smart Home Application)

Best known and loved for its innovative approach to product development, PRISM is now seeking a talented and ambitious Product Management Intern to join its Smart Home Application team. As a Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative smart home products that meet the needs of our customers. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining product requirements documents (PRDs) and product backlogs • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product development • Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement • Working closely with the design team to develop product prototypes and user interfaces • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and test product features • Developing and maintaining product launch plans and marketing materials • Providing product insights and recommendations to senior management • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field • Strong understanding of the smart home industry and market trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with product development processes and tools • Experience with product management software and tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, etc.) • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills.
