Product Management Intern

We are looking for an intern to start a career in FinTech and take responsibility for own projects?

The MyWage GmbH is a platform for financial products. Our 500,000+ customers find suitable credit cards, loans, bank accounts, and more since 2022. We are a small team and work hybrid with an office location in Berlin Charlottenburg.

As Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our founders and take on real responsibility from the start. You will gain insights into strategic product decisions, support data-based analyses, and actively design experiments and product improvements with.

Aufgaben

Product Responsibility & Ownership

• Eigenständige Betreuung klar abgegrenzter Produkt- oder Feature-Bereiche
• Unterstützung bei Priorisierung, Scope-Definition und Entscheidungsfindung
• Hohe Freiheit bei der Ausgestaltung von Aufgaben, Experimenten und Lösungsansätzen

Analyse & Product Improvement

• Analyse von Usage-Daten und Nutzerverhalten
• Ableitung konkreter Produkt-Hypothesen (z. B. Feature-Changes)
• Unterstützung bei der Definition von Impact, Zielen und Erfolgsmetriken

Testing & Experiments

• Vorbereitung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests (z. B. Subject X vs. Subject Y)
• Dokumentation von Testergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen
• Mitarbeit bei der iterativen Optimierung von Features

Tech- & Product Alignment

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech zur technischen Umsetzung in Bubble.io, mit der Option selber in Bubble.io tätig zu werden
• Unterstützung bei der Übersetzung von Produktanforderungen in klare Spezifikationen
• Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Impulsen, Konzepten und strategischen Ableitungen

Qualification

You don't have to be a finished Product Manager yet — what's important is that you bring enthusiasm for actively shaping your internship with:

• Laufendes Studium or Gap-Year, ideally in Economics, Computer Science, UX, Data, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in data-driven decisions
• Curiosity, questioning things, and developing own solution approaches
• Structured working style and joy in experiments
• Basic understanding of digital products, ideally first touchpoints with product or tech topics
• Very good German and English skills (both C1/C2)
