The Role

The resource will be integrated into the technical office and will contribute to the maintenance and development of existing products, supporting continuous improvement and industrialization activities.

The role involves constant interaction with production, suppliers, and company functions involved in product development.

Ideal placement for an engineer with experience in mechanical design and a strong interest in the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions.

Main Activities

The resource will be responsible for:

• Improvement and technical maintenance of existing products

• Analysis and implementation of actions aimed at reducing production costs and improving quality

• Collaboration with production for the optimization of assembly processes and component manufacturing

• Creation of 3D models and technical drawings

• Drafting and management of product technical documentation

• Issuance and updating of production drawings, materials, and tolerances

• Management of technical changes and updating of information in the ERP system

• Development and design of components in collaboration with suppliers and internal experts

• Management of timelines, costs, and activities related to assigned projects

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• Experience gained in a technical office, product design, or industrialization

• Knowledge of main production processes, such as mechanical machining, molding, and injection molding

• Experience in the use of 3D CAD software

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Aptitude for continuous improvement and cross-functional work with various company functions

• Knowledge of Solid Edge

• Experience in electromechanical contexts or in the energy sector

• Familiarity with SAP systems

• Experience in managing suppliers and product technical changes
