You will set the product guidelines, drive new solution launches end‑to‑end, optimize existing offerings, and ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of credit, payments, fintech partnerships, and regulated bank programs. What You Will Do: Product Strategy & Ownership Define and maintain the product line strategy across consumer and small business lending products (e.g., installment loans, lines of credit, charge cards, hybrid debit/credit constructs, and embedded credit features). Create and steward Product Guidelines (eligibility, pricing, terms, and conditions) for all lending products. Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new solution launches, optimize existing offerings, and ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and operational excellence. Ensure that all lending products are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. Foster strong relationships with Sponsor Bank partners to drive growth, revenue, and profitability through strategic product partnerships.
