Why now?

We have validated Proof of Concept and demand - now it's about building scalable products from functioning internal solutions. For this, we are looking for a Product Personality with Drive: you take ownership over our software landscape, bring structure, tempo, and clarity to priorities - and build with us the technological pioneer role in the real estate appraisal industry out. Besides classical product topics, you will significantly shape how we build AI-supported appraisals and data-driven product intelligence.

Aufgaben

1. End-to-End Product Ownership

• You take responsibility for strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our core products (Evalion platform, appraisal CRM, internal tools). From discovery to prioritization to impact measurement, the product is in your hands.

2. Produktvision & Positionierung entwickeln

• You sharpen our long-term product vision and develop a clear product strategy for the DACH market – with focus on differentiation, scalability, and technological pioneer role.

3. Neue Produkte & AI-Lösungen aufbauen

• You conceptualize new products and MVPs based on market-, customer- and process-insights.
• A focus lies on AI-supported solutions for automation, quality assurance, and data-based appraisals.

4. Plattform & Architektur konsolidieren

• You consolidate existing standalone solutions into an integrated, scalable platform and define clear system logics, interfaces, and ownership.

5. Data & Product Intelligence etablieren

• You build a reliable data basis (tracking, KPIs, reporting) and create transparency for data-driven decisions.

6. Priorisierung & Impact

• You translate business- and user requirements into clear priorities – with focus on revenue levers, automation, quality, and scalability.

7. Führung & Zusammenarbeit

• You lead our remote engineering team, establish productive routines, and work closely with management, operations, and sales.

Qualifikation

• You bring several years of experience in product management/product ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery) with
• Builder mindset: You want to not only manage but develop and scale products from scratch
• You have technical understanding (APIs, data models, system logics) and ability to work with engineers at eye level
• Analytical thinking: You define KPIs, set tracking correctly, and use data as a decision-making basis
• You have interest or first experience in AI, automation, or data-driven product development
• You bring leadership skills and enthusiasm to build an ownership culture in a remote setup
• You communicate clearly and structuredly in German

Nice to have

• Experience in the real estate industry, PropTech, or in quality-critical/regulated processes (e.g. finance, legal, insurance)
• Experience with B2B SaaS, platform models, or marketplace logics
• Experience with data pipelines, BI tools, or data engineering (interfaces, requirements, quality)
