Product Lead Retail ERP (m/w/d)

We are the 'I' and 'T' in Retail SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Österreich-Gruppe and takes care of all IT matters from SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis, and SES Spar European Shopping Centers. We are over 700 clever heads and have two mandates: The smooth shopping experience for all SPAR customers in 7 countries and the digital business processes 'behind the scenes' within the group. To implement and continuously develop a modern Retail ERP system vision and strategy, we are looking for a Product Lead Retail ERP (m/w/d). As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product vision and strategy for our Retail ERP system. This includes developing and maintaining product roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product decisions. In addition, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that the product vision is translated into functional requirements and that the system meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Retail ERP systems and their applications in various industries. You should also be familiar with modern software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and have experience working with cloud-based solutions.
