Job description
SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Austria Group and is responsible for all IT matters of SPAR, INTERSPAR, and SES Spar European Shopping Centers. We are over 700 bright minds and have two agendas: the seamless shopping experience for all SPAR customers in 5 countries and the digital business processes "behind the shelves" in the group.
- Implementing and continuously developing the product vision and strategy of a modern Retail ERP system
- Continuously maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, taking into account business requirements and overall priorities
- Conducting sprint planning and managing implementation in an agile environment
- Ensuring the quality, availability, security, and costs of the product, as well as being responsible for release and change processes at the product level
- Ensuring the further development of the product, including product lifecycle, problem, and capacity management
- Keeping an eye on dependencies with other services and ensuring that product changes do not cause negative impacts
- Completed education at university of applied sciences, technical college, or university level in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Product Lead or in a comparable product-responsible role
- In-depth ERP know-how, ideally with deep experience in at least one ERP system
- Very good understanding of retail and trade processes, preferably in the grocery retail sector
- Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style with clear communication and decision-making skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Working with state-of-the-art technologies on innovative digital retail solutions

- Additionally, 1 day per week can be worked from home
