Product Lead Retail ERP (m/w/d)

We are the 'I' and 'T' in Retail SPAR ICS is the IT company of the SPAR Österreich-Gruppe and takes care of all IT matters from SPAR, INTERSPAR, and SES Spar European Shopping Centers. We are over 700 clever heads and have two mandates: The smooth shopping experience for all SPAR customers in 7 countries and the digital business processes 'behind the scenes' within the group. To implement and continuously develop the product vision and strategy of a modern Retail ERP system, we are looking for a Product Lead Retail ERP (m/w/d). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive retail ERP strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. This includes defining the functional and technical requirements of the system, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of the project. Your tasks will include: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's business processes and IT systems; Defining and prioritizing the functional and technical requirements of the Retail ERP system; Identifying potential risks and opportunities for the implementation of the system; Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project; Ensuring the integration of the Retail ERP system with other IT systems within the group. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a strong understanding of retail operations, IT systems, and business processes. You should have experience in developing and implementing ERP systems, as well as knowledge of current trends and developments in the field. In addition to your technical expertise, you should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.
