Product Lead

Job Summary: As a Product Lead, you will work closely with the Product Manager to develop next generation healthcare solutions, for Payers in the Medicare Advantage ecosystem. These solutions are powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a commitment to improving the health of their beneficiaries. Our best ideas come from our clients. You will stay tuned to customer and prospect feedback to ensure customer voice is fully incorporated into the roadmap and we are always working on features that deliver the highest impact for their investment in HealthWorksAI. What you will get to do:  Research the competitive landscape, liaison with industry analysts like Gartner, and clients to validate the product ideas.  Identify sources of data required to support the solution and validate sample data for completeness and accuracy.  Using Design Thinking, develop the wireframes and workflows to communicate the ideas.  Identify design partners who will help us shape the solution to the last mile.  Prioritize based on reach and impact of the solution using the RICE framework.  Work with data engineering team to build end to end data pipeline.  Liaison with the product engineering teams and data science teams across various modules and releases to deliver on the promise.  Work with customer success team for the first few implementations to ensure adoption and utilization.  Continue to seek feedback from clients and prospects to refine our product strategies.  Being able to present the ideas and solutions to the organization, prospect or client.  Manage team dynamics and their growth within the organization.  Your KRAs will be on contribution to Innovation, speed to market, and first sale of each product. Requirement:  A graduate from IIT/IISc/NIT/IIM or any premium institute.  3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in US Healthcare Insurance.  Ability to translate business ideas, wish lists, and client requirements into Product briefs.  Strong experience and knowledge of data engineering, data visualization and understanding of modelling techniques.  Ability to create prototypes using Tableau and Excel  Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.  Work with Data science team and Technology team to bring product briefs to life.  Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Advanced Excel.
