About the role

As Product Lead On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure, you are hierarchically responsible for the entire infrastructure platform team, both on-prem and cloud (Azure). You manage engineers and product owners and elevate these platform services to a higher level of maturity. How you achieve this exactly? That's up to you. You will use your talents to:

• hierarchically manage the broad infrastructure platform team with product owners and engineers for on-prem and cloud.
• shape the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure platform as a cohesive product.
• realize the transformation to platform engineering with automation, self-service, and standardization as the norm.
• ensure quality, continuity, security, and costs across the entire business-critical infrastructure landscape.
• build craftsmanship, ownership, and growth of engineers and product owners within the team.

Furthermore, you have:

• HBO or WO work and thinking level, preferably in Informatics, Technical Informatics, or similar.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience with both on-prem & cloud infrastructure from network to OS.
• Experience in managing, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams with engineers and product owners.
• Experience with Platform Engineering and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Experience in developing a product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for infrastructure services.
• Experience in ensuring the availability, security, continuity, and performance of business-critical IT platforms.
• Experience with stakeholder management at a tactical and strategic level.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

What you get

• € 6121 to € 8603 gross per month (scale 14).
