What you will do.

As Product Lead, you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Enter's digital product landscape. You will shape products that enable us to efficiently implement hundreds of residential building electrification projects monthly with the highest quality.

You will connect customer needs, technical solutions, and business goals. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations, making a decisive contribution to Enter's growth.

• You will be responsible for the product strategy and prioritize resources across multiple product areas
• You will transform business challenges into successful products – from idea to measurable impact
• You will utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate product development and establish new work standards
• You will develop solutions that increase conversion, improve operational processes, and enable our growth
• You will combine strategic foresight with a hands-on mentality and solve complex technical and operational challenges
• You will influence decisions across team boundaries, set standards, and create clarity on priorities

What you should bring.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a comparable role with demonstrable product successes
• Strong entrepreneurial understanding and the ability to recognize customer and business potentials
• Experience in increasing conversion, solving operational challenges, and mastering technical complexity
• A pronounced AI mindset and practical experience with AI tools and agents
• Technical understanding and curiosity, for example, regarding APIs, pricing logic, and heat pump planning
• High level of self-responsibility, decisiveness, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to persuade and motivate people
• Very good German and English skills
