Product In-Charge

Role Summary: Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries ,offgrid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators, EPCs,distributors, Direct dealers. Generating and closing the leads through SIs. Explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly , quarterly & Annual sales target for rooftop solar systems, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries, offgrid solar battery & Systems. * Identify and appoint channel partners like System integrators, EPCs,distributors, Direct dealers in assigned territory. * Generate leads through System Integrators, EPCs and direct Dealers. * Explain product features & benefits, prepare and submit quotations, and generate orders. * Ensure timely order conversion and payment collection. * Provide technical and commercial support to channel partners. * Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities. * Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers. * Keep track of market trends and competitor activities. * Reporting to senior management on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities. * Ability to work in a team and independently. * Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Any other tasks assigned by the management. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. * Proven experience in solar product sales and channel management. * Strong understanding of solar PV systems, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries, offgrid solar battery & Systems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Result-oriented and target-driven. * Ability to travel as required.
