We at cinify are a young SaaS startup in the healthcare sector. In recent years, we have connected many systems to our platform, homogenized data and built dashboards, reports and workflows on top of it. That's the perfect basis for now as an AI enabler in the healthcare sector: We're currently taking our product completely AI-driven through and building on our previous knowledge – with the goal of becoming a compliant ChatGPT for practice. Exactly for that we need you.

We're not just looking for someone who can code, but someone who feels at home in the AI environment – both in KI-driven development (Claude Code, Codex & Co.) and with the KI that's built into our software. You should feel comfortable in C# and Angular to evaluate and further develop generated code souverainly. Just as important: The product and the result lie at your heart – not just the line of code itself.

Aufgaben

As a 'Product' Full-Stack Developer at cinify, you'll take our product forward with modern, KI-supported development – and take over responsibility for the product yourself.

You'll:

• Develop features in our stack (C#, Angular) end-to-end – from database to UI.
• Use KI tools like Claude Code or Codex as a natural part of your workflow and set standards for our team.
• Participate actively in product decisions – not just the 'how', but also the 'what' and 'why'.
• Question requirements, sharpen them together with Product, Sales, and customers, and translate them into clean technical concepts.
• Get deeply involved in the product, recognize weaknesses, and initiate improvements on your own initiative.
• Avoid as a bridge between development, Product, Data Analysts, and customers – technically grounded but always with the user in mind.

Qualifikation

To be successful here, you bring the following qualifications and skills:

• Multiple years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally with C# (.NET) and Angular
• A clear enthusiasm for KI-driven development – you use tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor not just, but master them and know when they help and when they don't.
• Product understanding and a desire to be more than an order developer: You want to understand why something is being built, not just what
• Experience with or interest in BI-, data- or workflow tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)
• Communication strength – you can converse with customers about requirements as smoothly as with developers about architecture.
• A pleasure to lose yourself for hours in code when a problem requires it
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

Location

Our office is in Bochum. Most of the team is active nationwide. For example: Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. Team members who are nearby come to the office 1-2 times a week. We have no rules here. You can decide for yourself.

In the first step, there's a short vibe-coding task. Then, you'll likely have one to two conversations with the founders and team members, in which we'll find out together whether cinify and you are the perfect match! In the conversation, we'll also ask a few technical questions about C# and Angular.
