We are looking for reinforcements for our store team in Stuttgart, starting immediately: As a Product Expert (all genders), you will translate the fascination for vehicles into first-class consulting and genuine experiences.

WHAT YOU DO

• Product Expertise & Storytelling: You are the central point of contact for the entire vehicle portfolio and advise customers and partners by translating complex technology into understandable, brand-appropriate content.
• Knowledge Transfer: You will conceptualize and lead training sessions on innovations and configurations, as well as brand and product history, to ensure a consistently high standard of knowledge throughout the entire team.
• Premium Customer Journey: You will guide individual, consultation-intensive configurations and create a trusting relationship with new and existing customers through competent advice.
• Lead & Network Management: You will qualify leads for seamless handover to the dealer network and analyze market feedback for continuous optimization of processes along the customer journey.
• Experience Management: You will be responsible for planning and executing exclusive test drives and ensuring a high-quality, consistent customer experience in the store.

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed university degree (Business Administration, Automotive, Marketing, Retail) and ideally experience from the premium or luxury segment of the automotive industry
• You have a proven track record in customer-oriented roles and know how to inspire demanding target groups with in-depth product knowledge.
• You have a strong passion for automotive and innovations and can structure complex technical content clearly and convey it with genuine storytelling.
• You work independently, with attention to detail, and with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You act professionally and service-oriented towards customers and stakeholders and communicate fluently in German and English (other languages are a plus)
