Product Experimentation Lead
Job description
At Openbank México (Grupo Santander) we are looking for a Product Experimentation Lead to lead the product experimentation strategy, ensuring that business decisions are based on evidence, statistical analysis, and high-quality experiments.
What will you do?
- Design and advise on experiments (A/B Testing and experimental methodologies) alongside Product Managers.
- Ensure the methodological quality and statistical analysis of experiments.
- Generate business recommendations based on results and causal inference.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to ensure the correct execution of experiments.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Profile
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or similar.
- Experience in data analytics and collaboration with Product teams.
- Desirable experience in A/B Testing, RCTs, or experimentation in digital environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Familiarity with Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, and other libraries for building statistical learning models.
- Impact evaluation.
- Knowledge in causal inference, impact evaluation, statistical learning, and data visualization.
- Analytical thinking, results orientation, and excellent communication skills.
