Product Engineering Intern (m/f/d) with Option for Full-Time Employment

We are building the AI-native ERP system for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning companies (SHK). Our pre-seed round is complete. Since going live, we have acquired 10 customers. For the next growth phase, we are looking for a Founder's Associate as an intern.

You will work closely with the founding team and take on real responsibility from the beginning in a role that you help shape yourself.

Responsibilities

• You build product features from start to finish. You are responsible for the entire journey, from the specific customer problem through the first prototype to the rolled-out feature.
• You develop the AI agents and automations that drive our operating system. You build the systems with which we reliably automate recurring processes for our customers.
• You translate customer feedback into product decisions. You are close to the users, understand their workflows in detail, and derive from this what we should build next.
• You integrate deeply into the industry. We are not building generic SaaS, but closely interlinking the product with the real-world processes of our customers. We expect the same depth in your technical understanding of these processes.

Qualifications

• You are studying (Business) Informatics, a comparable field, or have a corresponding degree. You think in a structured manner and still deliver quickly.
• You can build. You have already implemented your own projects or gained internship experience in software development and reliably make things work.
• You use modern AI tools to develop quickly and with high quality.
• You feel comfortable in direct contact with our customers. You can explain technical topics clearly and translate feedback from conversations into concrete improvements.
• You speak very good German, as our customers work exclusively in German.
• You are looking for ownership and significant scope for design rather than narrowly defined specifications.
