We’re Hiring: Quality / Product Engineer – Transmission & Driveline

Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA | 100% Onsite

Are you an experienced Automotive Engineer with a strong background in Product Engineering, Testing/Validation, and Transmission or Driveline systems?

We are looking for a Quality / Product Engineer to join a North American automotive team supporting Transmission & Driveline programs.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in Automotive Product Engineering

- 2+ years of experience in Testing / Validation

- Experience with test fixture design, instrumentation, and data acquisition

- Knowledge of Transmission, Driveline, or Powertrain systems

- Experience with product quality, warranty, field quality, or root-cause analysis

- Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings

- Working knowledge of Teamcenter

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Excellent English communication skills

- Experience with Excel and MS Project

⭐ Preferred:

- Six Sigma Green Belt

- Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)

- Shainin RedX

- Kepner-Tregoe

- Project Management experience

- Master’s degree in Engineering

Relocation Opportunity

This is a 100% onsite position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Candidates currently based in Mexico are welcome to apply. Relocation to Michigan is required.

For qualified candidates, the company will provide support with the TN visa process.

Salary: $80,000 USD/year + benefits
