Product Engineer (m/w/d) - Requirements, UX & Rapid Prototyping (E-Commerce)

We are a young startup building an One-Stop-Solution for the logistics of online retailers – from label creation to marketplace integrations and automations around orders, storage, and fulfillment.

We are looking for someone who likes to design and build: You translate user problems into clear requirements, design simple UX concepts, and set up ideas as prototypes directly yourself. The special thing about us: you can develop your solutions, implement them, and test them immediately - with a fast feedback loop and in self-responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Requirements Engineering: Take up requirements, structure, and document them (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Edge Cases)
• Produktdenken: Clarify problem understanding, compare options, cut out MVPs, prepare priorities
• UX-nahe Konzeption: User Flows, Prototypes, Consistency in the User Experience ensure
• Rapid Prototyping / Coding-Einstieg: Ideas as clickable prototypes or small features implement (with Mentoring)
• Testing & Iteration: Test directly, gather user/stakeholder feedback, improve, test again
• Backlog & Delivery Support: Cut out tickets, Definition of Done/Ready prepare, UAT with prepare
• Management-/Produkt-Updates: Short status reports, decisions prepare, risks/dependencies make visible
• Mitarbeit am Aufbau unserer Prozess- und Doku-Standards (Templates, Guidelines, Playbooks)

Qualifikation

• Strong interest in IT/Produktentwicklung and willingness to grow into Coding
• First experience with Anforderungsanalyse/Produktarbeit/UX (e.g. projects, internships, own builds)
• Able to translate unclear wishes into clear, testable requirements
• Structure, Tempo, and Ownership: you work independently, prioritize cleanly, and deliver reliably
• KI-Affinität (LLMs & other KI-Tools are essential)
• Bonus: first coding experience (e.g. PHP, JS/TS, Python), understanding of APIs, data models, automation
• Bonus: expertise in the fields of E-Commerce/Versandhandel, marketplace integrations, shipping/labeling, logistics
