About Us

The increasing cost pressure in the German healthcare system presents hospitals with a major challenge: they must meet increasingly complex requirements in order to be fully and correctly reimbursed for their services rendered. At the same time, more than 80 percent of German hospitals are already operating at a loss.

With our AI solution, we already support numerous public, private, and church-affiliated hospitals throughout Germany in automating and optimizing the entire process from treatment to payment. Our range of services extends from the automated determination of the correct billing codes based on the patient record to improving the quality of documentation and controlling lengths of stay. In this way, we relieve hospitals along the entire spectrum of tasks in medical controlling.

Due to strongly growing demand, we are now looking for active support for our small, ambitious team.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• quickly translate new requirements from customer discussions into prototypes and production-ready solutions
• improve, stabilize, and expand our existing AI pipeline
• help implement technical demos, pilots, integrations, and rollouts
• build internal tools and workflows that make Product, GTM, and Operations faster
• gradually improve quality, reliability, security, and scalability

Qualification

Your Profile

• strong builder with a software engineering foundation
• Full Stack, proficient in Python, APIs, backend, data pipelines, and frontend
• experience with AI workflows and LLMs
• strong interest in healthcare. Bonus points for medical informatics specialization or similar
• good product sense and a desire for ambiguous, real-world problems rather than narrow tickets
• strong communication skills and enjoyment of being close to customers, pilots, and rollouts
• German at C2 level
• Munich location preferred
