Job description
Frigoglass Romania is hiring a Product Engineer within the Engineering department.
Main Role:
Provides necessary support in the production process, efficient resolution of technical problems, coordination and monitoring of all production processes (for prototype and pilot production), their adaptation to the factory's technical production capabilities, and their control.
Responsibilities:
- Adapts manufacturing processes to the factory's production capabilities;
- Manages technical department documents and handles their archiving (drawings, instructions, materials, technical specifications);
- Implements technical projects;
- Keeps track of the implementation of new products and modifications to existing products;
- Adapts manufacturing specifications (construction drawings, work instructions, material specifications) to the factory's production capabilities;
- Provides technical assistance to ensure efficient factory operation and to resolve various production problems;
- Provides technical information for spare parts;
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Higher technical education;
- Experience in using ERP systems (SAP preferred);
- Computer operating knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel, Word;
- English language – advanced level;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of technical drawing;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
