Product Engineer

With continued growth, we’re looking for an engineer to join our dynamic Product Development team. About the role Based at our Brendale Head Office, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative consumer electrical products for automotive and recreational use. From concept through to production, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and manufacturers to bring new and exciting products to market. Responsibilities Develop innovative and reliable electrical products from concept to production. Conduct research and analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. Design and prototype electrical circuits and systems. Perform testing and validation of products to ensure they meet performance and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, manufacturers, and quality assurance. Manage product documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical product design and development. Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components, and systems. Experience with CAD software for circuit design and PCB layout. Familiarity with testing and measurement equipment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
