Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Milano, is looking for an important reality operating in the furniture sector, a: Support Product Development R&D Furniture The inserted resource as support to the creative R&D team will be responsible for the following activities: - Support to the organization and management of activities and back office of the R&D office - Updating and maintenance of databases related to decorative items and finishes (Excel, graphics). - Support to the development of new products and materials. - Collaboration with designers and creatives to develop innovative solutions. - Support to the creation of prototypes and testing of new products. - Participation in brainstorming sessions and idea generation. - Support to the organization of events and exhibitions. - Coordination of logistics and supply chain management. - Management of administrative tasks, such as budgeting and reporting. - Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Design or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in product development, knowledge of CAD software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to work in a team environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills are also essential.
