Job description

For a client company, we are looking for a Product development specialist Location: Mirandola (MO). Working hours: full time. Offered: direct contract in the company, RAL 35,000€-40,000€. Main Tasks: develop new products or customizations based on customer requests, collaborating with the commercial team to translate needs into specific technical requirements; conduct market research and analyze competitors' products; design and implement prototypes; ensure product quality and functionality; work closely with the production department to optimize processes and improve efficiency; participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
