Product Development Specialist

We are seeking Product Development Specialist to join our team.

• Develop and optimize formulations for mouthwashes, toothpaste, gels, and other oral hygiene products.
  
• Conduct stability studies, pH and viscosity testing, and microbial preservation testing.
  
• Work with ingredients such as alcohols, essential oils, surfactants, flavors, and preservatives.
  
• Troubleshoot formulation issues (e.g., settling, separation, flavor loss).
  
• Ensure formulations comply with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., BIS, FDA, ISO).Interface with procurement, QA/QC, and production teams.
  

• B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in personal care or oral care product development.
  
• Strong knowledge of solubilizers, preservatives, emulsions, and stability protocols.
  
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and lab-scale to production-scale transitions.
  
  

• Experience in alcohol-based and non-alcoholic mouthwash development.
  
• Experience in toothpaste formulation preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of flavor and fragrance blending.
