PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/W/D) FOR THE TAILORING DEPARTMENT

Tasks

In this strategically relevant position, you will take on a central role within the Product Development Team and be responsible for developing our collections in the Tailoring department, from the first design idea to series production.
In close coordination with Design, Buying, Supply Chain and Management, you will ensure that creative vision, technical feasibility, quality and economic goals merge into a harmonious, brand-appropriate overall product.
The following tasks are part of your daily business:

Steering the entire product development process for Tailoring in close cooperation with Design, Buying and Supply Chain
Translation of creative designs into technically feasible, high-quality products
Planning and scheduling of patterns, sizes and final assortment
Consultation on material selection, construction, fit and processing
Coordination with suppliers regarding costs, feasibility and timely delivery
Responsibility for budget, costs and pricing calculation
Safeguarding sustainable materials and responsible procurement

Qualification

To this end, you bring the following profile:

Demonstrated experience in developing Luxury Tailoring products from concept to production
In-depth knowledge of fit, construction, manufacturing and Tech Packs
Outstanding trend and brand understanding
Organizational strength, communication skills and team orientation
Fluent English language skills
