Product Development Group Leader

Main Objective:

Leads multifunctional PDG teams to design and develop innovative, high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifies opportunities for improving PDG results;
2. Implements the general development strategy and integrated development plan, and coordinates the execution of the PDG budget;
3. Mentors professional team members;
4. Collaborates inter-functionally to ensure alignment with PDG direction and customer service;
5. Collaborates particularly with production zone stakeholders to maintain and optimize products and processes, implicitly through continuous feedback from series production for new developed products, as well as with financial stakeholders to support effective budget tracking, identify variations, and report deviations;
6. Oversees and coordinates all PDG activities related to achieving its objectives;
7. Takes progress reports on objectives and prepares periodic reports presenting key strategic events for PDG projects, progress in relation to stages, strategic indicators, and financial metrics.

Requirements:

1. Excellent coordination skills of a team;
2. Capacity for cooperation within an international company and excellent communication skills;
5. A good knowledge of materials used for electromechanical products (e.g., non-ferrous metals, technical plastics, and surface treatment methods;
6. Familiarity with CAD software, modern simulation methods, and rapid prototyping methods;
7. Fluency in English;
8. Familiarity with MS Office software;
9. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience distributed roughly equally across the domains of Production, Industrialization, and Product Development.
