We are looking for our next Product Development & Applications Specialist who will lead and drive the following: Responsible for executing product formulations and supporting innovation initiatives from laboratory development through pilot production, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with R&D team to develop new products and applications that meet customer needs. Provide technical support to internal stakeholders on product-related matters. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Identify and prioritize potential projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets for specific projects. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Lead and drive the development of new products and applications from concept to launch. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve processes and product offerings.
