Gruppo Florence s.p.a Gruppo Florence is an Italian integrated platform, main reference in terms of best practices serving luxury brands, for the development and production of ready-to-wear collections, leather goods, and footwear. For our CAM Division Confezioni, we are looking for a: Product Developer Main assigned activities - Collect designs and information from Clients for Modeling or Cutting - Monitor the progress of all garments through the phases of Modeling, Cutting, and Tailoring, contributing to the resolution of any problems that may arise - Plan weekly work for Modeling - Organize meetings and shipments. Preparing also related accompanying documents - Order consumable materials for production, monitoring stock levels and semi-finished products for prototyping or sampling - In case of commercialized products not only industrialized, purchase raw materials and accessories and create the Basic Bills. Collaborate on pricing with the General Manager Requirements: - Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, or Textile Production. - Some experience within a multibrand service, preferably in the Product Office or, alternatively, in the Planning and Production Advancement Office - Good knowledge of English - Proactivity and attitude to collaborate with internal and external teams - Problem Solving (ability to intervene quickly on process criticalities) - Flexibility and multitasking (management of multiple orders simultaneously) - Operational planning skills Contract: fixed-term employment Sector: Other industries Role: Research and development
