Then the role of a Product Designer UX/UI is exactly what you're looking for!
We, the Digital People School, train Product Designers (UX/UI) in our boot camps and place them in entry-level positions. (Further education)

Start as a newcomer:in, switcher:in, junior:in or associate designer (UX/UI) in the Product Designer further education and find your first job.
Aufgaben
The contents
Steering of design processes
As a UX/UI Designer, you work closely with a team of developers, stakeholders, and other involved parties to create user-centered solutions. You participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and ensure that the design meets expectations.
User Research & User
You conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs. You use methods like interviews, surveys, and data analysis to create personas and customer journeys that guide the design process.
Prototyping & Wireframing
You develop ideas and visualize them in the form of wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and optimize with users. Your concepts help teams and stakeholders understand design ideas clearly and further develop them.
Usability-Tests & Design-Optimization
You plan and conduct usability tests to ensure that your designs are intuitive and user-friendly. Through the evaluation of test results, you collect feedback that directly flows into optimizing the user interface.
Product- & User Experience Design
You shape the experience and user interface of the product so that it looks good and is easy to use. You create prototypes and designs that show how the product should look and function.
Tracking & Analysis
You observe how users interact with the product to find out if the design works. With this information, you can improve the design further and ensure it meets user needs.
Qualification
- You're enthusiastic about design and technology and love shaping digital experiences
- You work well in a team and enjoy celebrating successes together
- You have fun with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and iterate designs quickly
- You can clearly communicate your design ideas and convince stakeholders of your concept
- You show initiative, bring creative solutions, and work practically
- You have a strong sense for user needs and shape solutions that make a difference
- You approach challenges with courage and curiosity and find innovative approaches to complex problems

- We support you in finding a company during or after the boot camp that offers you a job start
- The training is possible on a part-time basis
- You get a mentor who guides you through the program and will simulate work in product teams
- After four months, you can start as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer with certification in digital product teams and know what the tasks of a Product Designer are
