Product Designer (UX)
Job description
About:
Coordinate and lead user-centered design initiatives for digital and physical financial products and services, ensuring intuitive, accessible solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of UX projects, assigning tasks, defining functional requirements,
- managing collaboration between design, technology, data, and business, to ensure high-quality deliverables that respond to real user needs and adhere to established governance.
- Evaluate and communicate the impact of design, reviewing key KPIs, advising the team through continuous mentorship, and presenting data-driven findings to stakeholders, to consolidate the strategic value of UX and influence informed decisions within the organization.
- Plan and coordinate user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify real needs and validate design solutions.
- Establish user flow design, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, in order to ensure clear, consistent, and financially customer-centric experiences.
- Establish good UX practices and work methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX) to align team efforts with quality standards and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX for digital products
- Experience leading teams (minimum 2 years)
- Background as a UX Designer or Product Designer
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean UX)
- Experience working with business and user metrics
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, Political Science, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Sciences, Project Management, Bachelor of Arts, Engineering
