Product Designer

Position Overview Pay10 India is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our growing team in New Delhi, India . In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric experiences for our suite of digital payment products. You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to craft thoughtful design solutions that solve real user problems and support Pay10’s business goals in the Indian payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the effort to design and develop innovative digital payment products that meet the needs of our users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pay10’s brand identity and ensure design solutions align with this vision. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital payments space. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, thinking, and execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
