As a Product Designer at Osfin.ai, you will be part of an agile team that drives product development from concept to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative financial products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. • Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience. • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various financial products and services. • Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of our company. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
